Your Wedding Day is one of the most important days of your life and the organising of it can be a mammoth task.  You will have made countless decisions by the time that you have reached your Wedding Day.  We therefore offer a little advice to help you arrange the stationery for this most important day.

   
Handmade or Printed Stationery:

Handmade wedding stationery is becoming more and more popular as it offers exactly what you are looking for - the opportunity to create something truly personal and unique for your special day.

With handmade stationery you can personalise the design to suit the style, theme and colours of your day. 

Although there is an enormous amount of choice in printed stationery, it usually comes in one colour for any design, and often you will need to choose a design with the right colour scheme, rather than your favorite.

   
What stationery do I need:
Invitations: daytime and evening invitations if you are inviting additional guests to join your celebrations later.  You should normally send out your invitations approximately 6/8 weeks before your wedding.  For summer wedding/bank holidays it is recommended that you send your invites about three months prior.  We advise that you order 14/16 weeks prior to your wedding however shorter times can be arranged
Order of Service: this is helpful if you are getting married in a church as it will save your guests juggling hymn books and prayer books.  If you are having a civil ceremony your guests might find it useful.  You will need to provide the Order of Service as you would like it printed, once you have agreed it with the church.
RSVP Cards: some Brides and Grooms and their families prefer to provide guests with a co-ordinating reply card.  You will need one per invitation you send out.
Menus: these can often be provided by the reception venue but may not fully co-ordinate with your theme.  If you would like your perfect day to be co-ordinated throughout then you will need to order 2 - 4 per table (4 menus are recommended if you have more than 8 guests on a table).
Place Cards: you will need to provide the reception venue with these if you are having a sit down meal and want your guests to sit at certain tables.  They can normally be ordered blank or with the names printed on.  An alternative is to combine the menu with the place card.
Table Plan: you will need one of these if you are having a sit down meal and want your guests to sit at certain tables.
Thank You Cards: you will undoubtedly receive a number of presents and you can have a lovely finish to your wedding with co-ordinating thank you cards.
   
Prices:

All prices include envelopes and printed inlay paper.  Thank you cards can be supplied with a printed inlay at a cost of 50p per card.  Place cards can be printed with the guest name at a cost of 20p per card.  The price for the Order of Service inlay is for printing on three sides, one additional side can be added for 50p extra. 

The price list is subject to change without notice.

All favours are decorated to match your chosen design.  The boxes and cones are supplied with ivory or white tissue paper and five almonds or gold or silver dragees.  The organza bags can also be supplied with five almonds or gold or silver dragees.

   
Ordering:

We advise that you order 14/16 weeks prior to your wedding although shorter times can be arranged.  There is no minimum order value required and we do recommend that you order all your stationery at the same time for continuity.

It is worthwhile ordering a few extra invitations/place cards to allow for handwriting errors.

A proof of all wordings will be sent to you for approval before printing.  The final proof reading is your responsibility and any charges made after acceptance of the final proof reading may incur further costs.

   
Payment:  
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the order is be paid when placing the order, the remaining balance upon receipt of final proof prior to completion of the order.  All orders will be sent guaranteed next day delivery.  We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any items once they have been dispatched.
   
Cancellation:  

As all orders are for your individual requirements orders cancelled eight weeks prior to delivery date will not incur any further payment.  For orders cancelled less than eight weeks prior to delivery date will be subject to full payment.  We will only issue you with a refund if the stationery is found to be faulty.
